Open Question: Can someone tell me whats going on? :(?

Can someone please help me here, I think I suffer from depression, and the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education has been very low, but over the past few weeks, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education has heard the voice cry out, but I really do not know me head tilted me what to say, but I do not know whether this is depression?
