Open Question: Out of college for 2 1/2 months, still can’t get a job. Any suggestions?

I literally apply to hundreds of jobs, so that the follow-up call … an interview with a couple, but did not provide. I have work experience and 2 degrees. I seriously can not even find a job, waiter, or Starbucks. Anyone who knows of any online work or freelance or take Where can I find it sort! ? I sink more and more into recession. Any views expressed appreciation!
